O R I G I N H A R M O N I C S
What if we answered "How are you?" with a sound instead of a word. "What do you need?" Sound. The energy we expend reconciling between words and the truth of what we feel- retrieved. The depth of our sound at any given moment, is the truth of "how are you." It's true north on the compass that shows us the way home.

Origin Harmonics are ancient tone keys you practice sounding with your breath and voice that resonate the structure of your body into its Original Alignment, elevate your baseline frequency to bring your body into coherence with Earth, your highest version of self, and the Powers That Be. Welcome. You made it. You're already farther along than you know. Taking the leap and deciding to begin is the hardest part, so take a moment to thank yourself.
As you begin, know this:
• Three Part Breath always ends on an inhale. No matter how many you do, you're only partway through unless you complete the INHALE.
•OHM sounding is not about aesthetics or sounding "good". Quality = Quantity of feeling and commitment to making one Three Part Breath.
• Don't be surprised if you feel judgment or a little weird at first.
• If being overheard will inhibit you, try to practice at a time or place that you have minimal onhearing ears. Especially in the beginning and when you want to go full volume.
• Every voice crack, gasp, groan, tear, burp- sensation in general- that arise when you're making the Origin Harmonics is correct & one of the ways to know you're doing it right.
• Don't stop on an incomplete or weak Three Part Breath. When you "mess up," (like making half a sound or forgetting where in the Three Part Breath you are). Complete sound if you have enough exhale left. If not, just continue. Even if sound comes out small, with less feeling; that's ok- good job, and completing Three Part Breath with INHALE is required.
• Try this on: what if Sound is God (or A god / benevolent creation source of your own understanding) who impacts the human body as universally as gravity.
• You are allowing experiences & sensations your protectors have buried to surface and be released from your body. Please loop in your therapist and supporters. Sounding simultaneously illuminates your stuck bits, vibrates them loose and releases them like bubbles out your mouth. Be open, curious and kind to thyself.
How Many How Long ? :
You may notice there isn't a time requirement, or a set amount of OHM's you should do. This is intentional. We have a tendency to try to “get through” things we know we should do, or resist them all together. With OHM, more is not necessarily more. Nor is less. What is more, is effort. How completely you can exhale through your sound. More is slowness; depth, curiosity and feeling. End on an OHM with a strong focus effort, even if that means doing less.

When we rush to get through a number of OHM’s (perhaps all verbs), they are often less impactful. Can just become another thing we should ourselves into doing, or feel guilty about not doing. That said- if the options are rushing through, or none at all; by all means please choose rush. Just be aware that as the yoUniverse would have it, with its ironic sense of humor; rushing through will just elongate the amount of time it takes for you to access the full depth of your power.

ORIGIN HARMONICS (OHM)-
Self Sounding keys for body alignment. These sounds are more than ancient, they are original. They are derived from sacred mantras brought forth by the Original Wisdom Traditions. Our entire existence has been shaped in relationship with sound. Origin Harmonics are a tool to access this power, as it is one of our greatest sources of strength.
THREE PART BREATH-
The format in which you make the Origin Harmonics. One single OHM contains three parts, and they go like this;
- Tongue Press, Inhale.
- Exhale sound.
- Tongue Press, Inhale.
That is the Three Part Breath, and one complete circuit. You always complete the circuits with Tongue Press, Inhale.

TONGUE PRESS-
This is the position of your tongue for all inhales of the Three Part Breath. You make a Tongue Press with your mouth closed, by placing your tongue on the roof of your mouth behind your teeth, unfolded. The goal is to flatten the entirety of your tongue to the roof of your mouth, especially pressing into your soft palette toward the back. As you start this new practice, keep it simple. Just position your tongue up to the roof of your mouth, behind your closed teeth with your mouth closed. As you advance, it will feel more natural and you can press more of your tongue, and press it harder.
I use "Tongue Press" interchangeably with "Inhale." In terms of cues, Tongue Press IS Inhale. Inhale IS Tongue Press.

RESONANCE FREQUENCY-
As defined in physics; resonance is the condition in which an electric circuit produces the largest possible response. We humans are just complex electrical circuits. Frequency is the rate at which the molecules that comprise the electrical circuits (and all material in the known universe) vibrate. Resonance Frequency is when circuits vibrate with the greatest ease, strength, and efficiency.
PUPPIES-
They are actually LOVE CENTERS in your body. One below your naval, where guts and sacral center are. You often have your hand here when making OHMs. The other is in your skull, toward the back where skull and neck meet. It's arguably easier to be gentle, loving and reassuring to a puppy than it is thyself. By telepathically sending it love, comfort and encouragement; your brain makes positive associations and wires new neural circuits. These conditions repattern your nervous system to remain in rest & digest when presented with "stress." When you get deep into the practice (or any practice, really), and intentionally stretch passed your edge- the Puppies signal the mindbody that you are SAFE, LOVED and don't need to be blasted with stress hormones.
